Sharp Maritime Security Training Services Inc. (SMSTSI) is a Manila- based company established in June 2003 to render quality training services to address the pressing needs of the maritime community in the Philippines and abroad. It is part of the C.F. Sharp Group of Companies.

Accredited by the Marshall Islands Registry, the Liberian International Ship and Corporate Registry, the Panama Maritime Authority, and Kuwaiti Administration, the Company provides training to shipboard personnel on ship security, company security and maritime security awareness. Aside from being an ISO 9001:2000 compliant, the company also received its certification for its compliance of the DNV Rules for Maritime Training Centers.

SMSTSI is the only security training provider in the Philippines duly authorized by the world-renowned Maritime Institute of Technology & Graduate Studies (MITAGS) of Maryland, USA to conduct the courses in compliance with the International Ship & Port Facility Code ( ISPS Code ) guidance for training set forth in the ISPS Code Part A Sections 13.1 & 13.2, and Part B Sections 13.1 & 13.2. These new regulations came into full force on July 1, 2004.

SMSTSI is currently preparing for the accreditation of its Crowd Management Course. It plans to expand the scope of courses offered to include other facets of maritime training like Crisis Management, Dangerous, Hazardous and Harmful Cargoes, Port Security, Maritime Security Survey, Design & Planning.
