Deck and Engine/Officer Cadet Program/Hotel and Catering:The General Manager - Crewing Operations is in charge of C.F. Sharp's seafarer training and in ensuring that the Principal’s training requirements are achieved. He also acts as the liaison between the training centers and the seafarers. C. F. Sharp ensures that its seafarers are referred only to its IMO accredited training centers such as Consolidated Training Systems, Inc.; Norwegian Training Center; IDESS; Admiral Maritime Training Institute of the Philippines, Philippine Center for Advance Maritime Simulation and Training, Far East Maritime Foundation and Sea Tech Maritime Training Center. C. F. Sharp takes the following considerations in the selection of training centers.

The training center is duly accredited by the Maritime Training Council;The training center’s location is accessible and convenient to seafarers; The training center’s facilities, training programs and syllabus are in accordance with the internationally accepted IMO standards; The faculty, resource persons, and instructors of the training center possess integrity and credibility and are qualified educators for the programs offered.
