Operations Department
Operations Department maintains a close contact with our principals and seafarers. We monitor all of our seafarers and principals through our company database – Crew Management Information System (CMIS).
We have divided our Operations Department to different fleets in order to properly handle each of our principals’ account.
Operations Department functions include:
- Sourcing seafarers based on C.F. Sharp and Principal requirements through its Recruitment Center.
- Maintaining the Principals' Pool of seafarers through CMIS.
- In charge of seafarer deployment as per Principal requirement.
- Supervising the training needs of the seafarers as required by the Principal and relevant regulations.
- Discharges, retains or promotes seafarers depending on the Principal's appraisal.
 Our tasks are guided by the CF Sharp mission and vision. Our ultimate goal is our principals’ satisfaction through improving quality and efficiency in a cost effective manner. We strive to maintain a happy and loyal business partnership with our principals by delivering qualilty seafarers on time at all times.
