CF Sharp Crew Management, Inc. is the manning organization of CF Sharp Group of Companies. We have eight different companies under the CFS Group and CF Sharp Crew Management is the biggest of the 8 companies.

A new manning trend that we have developed in which we are a pioneer in the Philippines is the full management of non-Filipino Officers, most of which are British nationals. We recruit by developing existing source markets, forging partnership with maritime schools, likewise, with hotels and resorts for our hotel personnel requirements; by maintaining our retention rate of current pool at 97%, undertaking aggressive recruitment campaigns to further increase our reserve crew. Our Crew Management Information System (CMIS) provides and maintains our highly automated operations, providing easy access on crew data with more than 30,000 seafarers, most of whom have been working with us since they first went to work onboard.
