Accounting Department
The Crewing Accounting Department handles the company's financial and accounting matters. It provides useful accounting information as a tool for decision making and systematic administration of the financial affairs of the company. In addition, Crewing Accounting is responsible for the seafarers' allotment, payroll, generation of principal’s statement of account and other related services.
General Accounting is in charge of the preparation and generation of the financial statements of the company. Performs analysis of all financial reports including budget variances. It ensures compliance to the statutory reportorial requirements of the regulatory bodies. Billing monitors and analyzes all accounts attributable to seafarer and principal; providing our principals with an updated & reliable statement of account and fund request. It is also responsible for the processing of home allotments and onboard payroll/wages of seafarers.
The group strictly conforms to sound accounting practice in accordance with GAAP. The fundamental objective is to deliver an efficient and cost effective services to all our customers being our strategic partners. It is geared towards continuous improvement of our systems and business processes providing value-added benefits to our customers. |


The department is managed by well experienced licensed Accountants with background from banks, audit, manning and shipping industry. With the Senior Manager as overall in-charge, the department has three (3) Managers and an Assistant Manager for the eight (8) groups that make up the General Accounting, Billing, and Treasury.
Treasury is responsible for the cash management of the company. It monitors the cash flow position, remittances and payables. It is accountable for the prompt and accurate payment of allotments & onboard wages of our seafarers and other obligations of the company and of its principals.
